Can I collect my order at a local pick-up point?
You can! IKEA offers the option of collection at an external DPD pick up point.
Instead of shipping items to your home, you can have them delivered to an external DPD pick-up point. This service costs €2.95.
Collection of your order at an external DPD pick-up point is only available for smaller-size parcel orders.
Once the order arrives, you have 4 days to pick it up - otherwise the order will be sent back and refunded within 14 days.
