Can I change my collection time-slot?
Please remember to collect on your selected date within your time-slot when possible.
Please remember to collect on your selected date within your timeslot when possible, although please note that we hold onto orders for up to 48 hours in-store*, and up to seven days when booked at external collection points.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change your time-slot once booked. However, you can cancel your order through your online account, if required. You can simply manage and track the order you placed online through My Purchases. You just need your order number from your order confirmation email and email address.
However, once your order begins to progress through our system we may not be able to amend or cancel it via this method. In this case please let us know.
