Will I be able to change my Click & Collect appointment later?
Click & Collect appointments cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change your date or time-slot once booked. However, we hold onto orders for up to 48 hours in-store, and up to seven days when booked at external collection points.
If this isn't appropriate, you can cancel your order through your online account, if required. You can simply manage and track the order you placed online here. You just need your order number from your order confirmation email and email address. However, once your order begins to progress through our system we may not be able to amend or cancel it via this method. In this case please let us know.
