What do I do if I have a damaged product?
The quickest and easiest way to have this resolved is to visit one of our stores. Alternatively, you can self claim for delivered items through the 'Manage my Order' via your account.
We’re very sorry to hear about this. We know it can be disappointing to receive an item with damage, especially if the packaging was fine and the damage was hidden inside.
You can bring the product to any store (not Plan & Order Points, or Order & Collection Points) with your receipt or order confirmation and our co-workers can help you.
If you received the damaged item on a delivery, then within 72 hours you can you can quickly and easily organise a return for either a refund or replacement using the Track & Manage my order page and clicking "Start a Claim".
If an item is damaged and the delivery was completed over 72 hours ago, please contact us so we can support you.
