Ordering small spare parts can be done anytime after you have purchased your products.
How do I place a small spare parts order online?
There are two ways you can order small spare parts online:
- Spare parts ordering tool
You can access the spare parts ordering tool via the IKEA website. This tool is not available in the IKEA App. To use the spare parts ordering tool, you will need the 6-8 digit identification number for the spare part you need. - My Purchases in your IKEA Family account
If your purchase is linked with your IKEA Family account, you can order small spare parts by logging into your account on the My Purchases page. Clicking on the "Order spare parts" button on the page will allow you to access a list of products with spare parts available.
How do I place an order for small spare parts in-store?
If you need the spare part urgently, most IKEA stores (except Plan & Order Points) will have a small spare parts selection available at the Customer Service desk, usually located near the exit of the store. Stock availability may vary, but if the part is in stock, a co-worker can arrange for you to take it home immediately. If the spare part is not in stock, the co-worker will help you to order the spare part and arrange the delivery for you.
You will not be able to check the stock availability for small spare parts in your nearest IKEA store.
How do I order small spare parts for discontinued products?
If you need spare parts for IKEA products that have been discontinued, please type "I want to talk to a human" in the chat. Alternatively, you can call IKEA Customer Service on 01 696 6246. A co-worker will help you check for the parts you need, their availability, and order it for you if needed. Make sure to have the product information ready before reaching out.

Small spare parts will be delivered to your home. This can take up to 7 days and is free of charge.
How do I track a small spare parts order?
After ordering your small spare parts, you will receive a confirmation email. Unfortunately, it is not possible for you or an IKEA co-worker to track the order.
