What happens to damaged products in the store?

The product can be repaired with spare parts and sold in the as-is section. If the product is not usable, it is dismantled into spare parts and the rest is recycled.

Our staff will always check a damaged product at the store. If only the packaging is damaged, the product is repackaged in the factory packaging and put up for sale.
If there is physical damage to the product itself, the product can be repaired with spare parts and put up for sale in our as-is section. However, if the product is not usable, any spare parts are recovered and the rest are sorted for recycling in accordance with our principles of sustainable development.
