I have problems with the payment process, what can I do?

This can have various causes.

Have you received the payment link but are unable to open it? Please try the following:

• Use a different browser.

• Delete cookies and clear your cache.

• Disable ad blockers or similar plugins.

• Try again later.

Have you not received the payment link? Chat with us.

Would you like to combine multiple payment methods? Prepaid cards can be combined with all payment methods except Klarna - purchase on account and the IKEA Business Card.

Can't pay by credit card? Check your personal daily or weekly limit and contact your credit card provider.

Having problems with Klarna payment? Please contact Klarna customer service directly.

Is your voucher displayed as expired or not accepted? Please first check where you entered the code. Vouchers (gift cards) can only be entered at the end of the payment process, not in the shopping basket. Promotional cards (e.g. from the IKEA Advent calendar) cannot be redeemed in the online shop.

Would you like to redeem several vouchers at once and are receiving an error message? Sometimes entering multiple voucher codes can cause system errors.

Has the payment process been cancelled and are you being told that your credit is empty? Don't worry, your credit will be automatically reloaded within 24 hours.
