The edge provides support to the small leaves of plant cuttings when the roots grow down towards the water while the narrow neck reduces the rate of evaporation.
Grow your own plants by rooting cuttings in water before planting in pots.
Propagation is an easy way to enjoy more of your favourite plants. Cut off a stem or twig (cutting) and let it grow into a new plant.
