How can I track my IKEA delivery online?

With IKEA shipment tracking, you can check the current delivery status of your order online anytime – quickly and easily.

Use shipment tracking to check the current delivery status of your order in just a few clicks.

How it works

  1. Log in to your customer profile.
  2. Go to “Purchases & Orders”.
  3. Select the order you would like to track.
  4. The page showing the current delivery status will open.
  5. Click “View”.
  6. For parcel deliveries, you will be redirected to the Austrian Post website.

Tip

In your customer profile, you can not only check the delivery status, but also view further details about your order.
