When does the IKEA warranty apply?

Accepted proof of purchase includes:

  • digital invoice or order confirmation

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO

✗ incorrect assembly
✗ improper use
✗ forceful impact or damage
✗ normal wear and tear
✗ indirect or consequential damages
The warranty generally applies only to domestic household use of the product.
