Where can I find out more about the IKEA guarantee?

We are aware of the quality of our products and many products have a guarantee.

The guarantee period begins on the date of purchase. Please save the original invoice, this document is required as proof of purchase and must be presented in order to claim guarantee services. For online orders, the order confirmation is sufficient as proof of purchase.
The guarantee is for personal use only and covers damage to materials and workmanship.
For more information, a list of guarantee periods and what steps are taken in the event of a guarantee claim, please refer to this overview.
