How do I sign in to my IKEA account?
Find out how to sign in to your IKEA account using your email address, phone number, password or a one-time code.
How it works
- Click “My profile” in the top right corner.
- Enter your email address or phone number.
- Enter your password.
- Confirm to sign in.
Alternative: sign in with a one-time code
You can also sign in without a password:
- Enter your email address or phone number.
- Select “Get a one-time code”.
- Enter the code sent to you.
Having trouble signing in?
Please check:
- Is your email address entered correctly?
- Is Caps Lock turned off?
- Forgotten your password? Use the “Forgot password” option.
