How do I collect points with IKEA Family?

You can collect points online, through the app, in-store, or even by phone when you make a purchase or interact with IKEA tools and services. For this make sure to always scan your IKEA Family card or log in online.

1. When making a purchase:

  • Collect 1 point for every 5 EUR spent

2. When interacting with IKEA tools and services:

  • Login to your IKEA Family profile on web​ or app (1x / month)
  • Create an IKEA Family profile (Once​)
  • Upgrade account to IKEA Family account (Once​)
  • Create and save a wish list (1x / week​)
  • Create and save a plan using the IKEA online kitchen planner (1x / week​)
  • Register and attend to an IKEA event (1x / week​)
  • Book and attend to a planning appointment (1x / week​)
