How do I collect points with IKEA Family?
You can collect points online, through the app, in-store, or even by phone when you make a purchase or interact with IKEA tools and services. For this make sure to always scan your IKEA Family card or log in online.
1. When making a purchase:
- Collect 1 point for every 5 EUR spent
2. When interacting with IKEA tools and services:
- Login to your IKEA Family profile on web or app (1x / month)
- Create an IKEA Family profile (Once)
- Upgrade account to IKEA Family account (Once)
- Create and save a wish list (1x / week)
- Create and save a plan using the IKEA online kitchen planner (1x / week)
- Register and attend to an IKEA event (1x / week)
- Book and attend to a planning appointment (1x / week)
