How do I earn points with IKEA Family?
With IKEA Family, you can earn points when you shop and when you use selected IKEA tools and services – online, in the IKEA app, in store or by phone.
As an IKEA Family member, you can earn points in different ways – both when you shop and when you interact with selected IKEA services.
1. Earn points when you shop
When you shop at IKEA, you earn:
- 1 point for every €5 spent
To make sure your points are added to your account, remember to:
- scan your IKEA Family card when shopping in store
- or sign in to your IKEA Family profile when shopping online
2. Earn points with IKEA tools and services
You can also earn IKEA Family points without making a purchase by completing selected activities:
- Open your IKEA Family profile online or in the IKEA app
→ 5 points, once per month - Become an IKEA Family member
→ 5 points, one time only - Create and save a new shopping list
→ 2 points, once per week - Create and save a new plan with the IKEA Online Kitchen Planner
→ 10 points, once per week - Attend a registration-required IKEA Family event
→ 20 points, once per week - Attend a previously booked planning appointment
→ 25 points, once per week

To make sure your activities and purchases are recorded correctly, always sign in to your IKEA Family account or use your IKEA Family card when shopping.
