Returns across national borders
IKEA products can only be returned in the country where they were purchased. This means that products purchased abroad cannot be returned to an IKEA store in Austria, and products purchased in Austria cannot be returned in another country.
This applies to purchases made both:
- in an IKEA store
- and through the respective country’s IKEA online shop
Each country has its own prices, article numbers and return conditions.

If you purchased your product outside Austria, please contact IKEA Customer Service in the country where you made the purchase.
