Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Once you have placed an online order, keep an eye on your inbox. We will send you an order confirmation as well as as your invoice within a couple of minutes after your purchase.
If you did not receive it, but you were logged into your IKEA Family or IKEA for Business customer account during the purchase, you can log into your account and view your past purchases and your invoices. This also applies to any store purchases where your account was registered.
