How can I get a copy of my IKEA invoice?

Learn how to find your IKEA invoice online or request a copy quickly and easily.

Here’s how you can quickly access your IKEA invoice:

1. After placing an online order

Shortly after completing your purchase, we will send you:
  • your order confirmation
  • your invoice by e-mail
Please also check your spam or junk folder.

2. Through your IKEA customer account

If you were logged into your IKEA Family or IKEA for Business account when making your purchase, you can access your invoices online:
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to “Purchases & Orders”
  3. Select the relevant order
  4. Click on “View invoice”
This also applies to store purchases if your IKEA Family account or IKEA Business Paycard was registered at checkout.

If you are unable to locate your invoice or need a copy, please contact us at: [email protected]
Please include your order number to help us process your request faster.

  • Invoices are sent digitally.
