Where is the Click & Collect counter located in the store?

Depending on the store location, the Click & Collect counters are located in different places.

Depending on the store location, the Click & Collect counters are located in different places. 

  • Vösendorf: after the cash registers on the right-hand side
  • Wien Nord: in front of the house, near the entrance
  • Wien Westbahnhof: at level 0
  • Klagenfurt: next to the cash registers
  • Innsbruck: The goods will be handed over to you at the furniture store or at the external warehouse (Grabenweg 73, 6020 Innsbruck). You will receive a notification by e-mail or SMS. 
  • Salzburg: at the main entrance on the left-hand side
  • Graz: in the loading zone at customer service
  • Haid: in front of the car park
