How does paying by invoice with Klarna work at IKEA?

With Klarna, you can pay for your IKEA order after receiving your goods. You have 30 days from the delivery date to pay your invoice.


With Klarna, you can complete your IKEA order first and pay your invoice afterwards.

1. When do you need to pay?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to pay your Klarna invoice.
This means you can:
  • complete your IKEA order
  • receive your products
  • check your order at home
  • and pay afterwards

2. When will you receive the payment request?

Klarna will send the payment request separately by email when your order has been dispatched.
You will receive the invoice for your IKEA order after delivery.

3. Who can use Klarna?

Please note: Klarna is only available as a payment option for private customers.
You cannot pay with Klarna if you:
  • are logged in with your IKEA Business Online profile
  • or selected that you are ordering as a business customer during checkout
