How do I activate the Scan & Pay function?
To use Scan & Pay, you need the IKEA app and an IKEA Family profile.
If you have installed the latest version of the IKEA app, you will find the Scan & Pay function in your profile (middle button in the menu at the bottom of the screen).
Then activate the option "Scan items in the store" and find your IKEA store from the list.
After that, you can start and scan the barcodes of items or orders.
