How does parking work at IKEA Vösendorf?

Westfield/SCS is introducing paid parking in Vösendorf from April 14th, while IKEA is currently working on a fair solution and will inform all those affected in good time.

Different parking systems apply to the Westfield Shopping City Süd car parks and the IKEA Vösendorf car parks.

1. How does parking work at Westfield SCS?

Visitors can park free of charge for 4 hours in the car parks in front of the shopping centre. After 4 hours, a fee of €2.50 per hour applies.

Why was the new parking system introduced?

The aim of Westfield SCS is to:
  • keep parking spaces available for genuine shopping centre visitors
  • prevent misuse of the car parks for Park & Ride
  • ensure that enough parking spaces remain available for SCS visitors

2. What applies to the IKEA Vösendorf car parks?

IKEA uses its own parking system. The IKEA parking system continues to reflect our values and the principle of free parking for IKEA customers.

3. How does the IKEA parking system work?

IKEA Vösendorf uses a modern parking guidance system.
This makes it easier to find an available parking space:
  • number displays show where spaces are available
  • red and green indicator lights at the parking spaces show whether a space is occupied or free
This helps you find an available parking space more quickly.
