I have a problem paying for my online order. What can I do?
This can have various causes, read more:
Have you received the payment link but can't open it? Please try the following:
- use a different browser
- delete cookies & empty the cache
- switch off ad blockers or similar plugins
- try again at a later time
Did you not receive the payment link? Please contact us by phone: 0800 081 100.
Would you like to combine several payment methods? Credit cards can be combined with all payment methods except Klarna purchase on account and the IKEA Business Paycard. All other combinations are not possible.
Payment by credit card not going through? Please check your daily or weekly limit and clarify any problems with your bank. We cannot see the reason for declined credit card payments.
Are you having problems with the Klarna payment? Please contact the Klarna customer service.
Is your gift card displayed as unloaded or not accepted? Please first check where you entered the code. Gift card codes can only be entered at the end of the payment process. Promotional cards (e.g. from the IKEA Advent calendar) cannot be redeemed in the online store.
Have you received an error message when trying to redeem several gift cards at once? Sometimes system errors can occur when entering multiple gift card codes. Please try not to use more than 5 gift cards at the same time. Has the payment process been canceled and it shows that the credit balance is empty? Don't worry, your credit will be automatically topped up again within 24 hours.
