What can I do if an item from my kitchen order has been delivered damaged?
You can report damaged goods through our self-service or make a complaint at the store. Please note that complaints are not possible in our planning studios.
You can report damaged goods through your customer account via our self-service. To do this, log into your account and select the order in your order history. You will be guided through the self-service step by step where you can also book an exchange of the damaged item.
Alternatively, you can also visit your nearest furniture store and make a complaint directly on site. Please note that it is not possible to make a complaint in our planning studios.
