What do I do if something is missing when I open my product?

If there is a 6-digit number next to the missing part in the assembly instructions, we can send it directly to your home free of charge. Otherwise, we can hand over the missing part to you in the store.

You can also order spare parts such as screws, hinges and much more free of charge online at this link if something is missing.

If parts of your furniture are missing, please contact us or contact our customer service in the furniture store.

Please note: Returns and claims can only be made with proof of purchase (invoice, order number or your IKEA Family Card if you used it at the time of purchase). Excluded are mattresses (which can only be returned within the 90-day sleep trial period) and electrical appliances (which are only accepted in unused condition; unused = not connected).
