What can I do if my IKEA appliance is not working as it should?
If you have noticed a quality issue with your household appliance or it is not working as it should, you can report this directly to the manufacturer – provided that the product is still within the guarantee period.
1. Check the guarantee period first
2. Try to solve the problem yourself first
3. Identify the manufacturer of your appliance
4. Contact the manufacturer
Please have the following ready when you call
- your IKEA order number
- the appliance’s model number
- the appliance’s serial number
5. Do you need further support?
- enter “I would like to speak to a person” in the chat
- or call 0800 081 100
