How does Click & Collect work?

With Click & Collect you save time and energy. We collect your products for you and all you have to do is pick them up at a location of your choice.

Simply order online and choose Click & Collect. Choose a pick-up location and a pick-up time slot and pay for your Click & Collect order online (purchase on invoice is not possible with this service). We'll put your items together for you and you can collect your order at a location of your choice.

There is a charge of €4,- for collection from an IKEA store or collection boxes at the IKEA store. As an IKEA Family member you will get this service for free if the value of the goods you're ordering is above €25,-.

Alternatively, you can also pick up your IKEA purchases at pick-up stations. You can take advantage of this service for €19,-. As an IKEA Family member you can get this service for €9,- or for free if the value of the goods you're ordering is above €150.-.

You can change your Click & Collect collection date via your customer profile.
