Damaged shadeMargaretOrdered on line. When I took the shade out of the box it had a big crease crossed the shade. Customer support was very nice and had another one sent out quickly. That one had the same damage. Customer support was going to send another one, but I said I would return these both to the store (40 miles away) and try one off the floor. He checked the store and said they had 10 in stock. After returns , we purchased another and went straight back to returns counter, there we opened the box and it had the same damage, more mild, and returned that one. It seemed it was being caused by a card board cut out in the box. I was very disappointed as I purchased one some months ago and really like it and wanted a second one for the other side of the room. I'm rating the next set of stars for the first one I bought that was not damaged.1
