Unobtrusive Lamp For Background LightingRichardThis lamp transmits through the shade and down through the stem. There is a bit of a cream off white to the shade. This works best as an indirect light.5

I like that I can look directly at the lamp from any angle, and it's never too bright thanks to the frosted plastic. My only complaint is that the product stickers inside the base of the lamp have a very tenacious adhesive, so I'll have to get some Goo-Gone to remove that.5

"It was an exciting challenge to create the world's inexpensive table lamp - LAMPAN. We started by analyzing all stages in the process: logistics, packaging, assembly, components, tools and materials. As a result, we decided to get rid of the box and instead adapt the dimensions so that the lamp foot fits in the lampshade during transport. The whole lamp can then be packed in a transparent plastic film so that it can be picked right from the pallet."
