Please contact us via Line: @IKEAThailand for assistance. For parcel orders, any damage or discrepancy must be reported to IKEA within 24 hours after receiving the order.

If you would like to return your products in one of our IKEA stores (including Pick-up & Order Point), please bring along a printed copy of the tax invoice you received by email after your purchase. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your requests.
3. How soon will I receive my refund?
For credit cards and debit cards, refunds will be done via the initial payment mode. For other payment methods, you may choose to receive an IKEA gift card or bank cheques via registered letter.
Please note that the refund will be processed within 20 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), and the refund amount is subject to the conditions of the products.
