Delivery
Most of our products are flat packed and designed in such a way that they can easily fit in your car. However, if you prefer to have your purchase delivered, we have a range of delivery options for you to choose from when shopping at IKEA.co.th or shopping at your nearest IKEA store.
Please note that since all delivery & assembly services are provided by our third-party service provider, the service fees as such are paid directly from customers to the service provider accordingly.

In line with government's directions to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus, truck delivery from Bangkok inbound to Samutsakhon, Chonburi, Rayong, Trat and Chanthaburi will be delayed. For some delivery areas, our customer service will contact you to rebook your delivery after you placed orders.

If you're placing an order online, we offer the following delivery options:
Parcel delivery
Delivery is 4 business days for Bangkok, Samutprakarn, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani, and 7 business days for other provinces.
All Zones : 149 THB
Order up to a weight of 24 kg, a volume of 76 litres and a maximum length per item of 1.4 meter.
Truck Delivery*
Delivery for Zone A and B will be between 1 to 5 days. Delivery for Zone C and D will be between 3 to 14 days based on the availability slots.
Zone A: 570 THB
Delivery Location: Bangkok, Nakhon Pathom, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon
Phang Nga, Phuket
Chiang Mai, Chonburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan**
Special truck delivery fee 290 THB (from 570 THB) from 22 Apr 2021 - 31 May 2021.

Zone B: 880 THB
Delivery Location: Ang Thong, Chachoengsao, Kanchanaburi, Nakhon Nayok, Petchaburi, Ayuttaya, Ratchaburi, Samut Songkhram, Saraburi, Singburi, Suphanburi
Zone C: 2,000 THB
Delivery Location: All other areas with the exception of Islands and No delivery zones.
Islands: 3,800 THB
Delivery Location: Ko Chang, Ko Lanta, Ko Pha Ngan, Ko Samui
No Delivery Zones: Ko Larn, Ko Phi Phi, Ko Samet, Ko Tao, Narathiwat, Pattani, Yala
Please note:
- * For Truck Delivery to the building with no elevator/items can’t fit in the lift, additional fees of 90 THB* per bulky item per floor applies from 5th floor onwards until maximum at 8th floor. Please pay the fee directly the service provider.
** Limited time offer - We’re waiving our 200 THB picking fee which applies for truck deliveries.
- Please note that during major holiday seasons*, please allow an extra 1-3 business days for processing time due to high peak of orders.
*Songkran, Father’s Day, Christmas, New Year, etc.

Buy online and choose to pick up in the following location:
- IKEA Bangna & IKEA Bang Yai:

Pick up in stores between 10AM – 8PM. Order and payment placed before 2pm will be ready for collection within same day upon receiving Email confirming that your order is ready. - IKEA Phuket: Free of charge
Pick up in store between 10AM – 9PM after being notified by staff. Please allow up to 5 days for order arrival. - Nong Khai Collection Point: 2,000 THB
Pick up at the collection point at the address below Monday – Saturday between 8.30AM – 4.30PM after being notified by staff. Please allow up to 7 days for order arrival.

When visiting our stores, you can choose to have your purchase delivered to your home. And, we don’t just stop at your front door, we deliver all the way to your room of choice.
Picking with delivery – from 770 570* THB
We offer a combined in-store picking and delivery service if you would prefer to sit back, relax and let us do the heavy lifting for you.
Simply place your order with one of our co-workers in-store.

Mattress Take Back Service – available from 8 April 2021 - 31 May 2021**
Need to make room for your new mattress? On delivery of your new IKEA mattress, we are happy to take the old one away and recycle it in an environmentally responsible way for you.
