About the service
Truck
IKEA uses independent service providers (“Delivery Company”) to perform Standard deliveries. By selecting Standard Delivery, you agree to have your purchase and delivery information, including your address and contact information.
Price:
Standard delivery starts at 290 THB, depending on your delivery area. This fee includes order processing, item picking, order preparation, and delivery of your order.
Delivery Time:
You can choose your preferred delivery date by scheduling up to 7 business days in advance from the date of purchase (for both online and in-store orders). Please note that available delivery dates and times are subject to slot availability and the availability of our delivery service providers.
Parcel
IKEA uses third-party vendors (“Parcel Carriers”) to perform parcel deliveries. By selecting the parcel shipping option at check-out, you agree to have your purchase and delivery information, including your address and contact information, transmitted to Parcel Carriers.
Price:
Parcel delivery rates (for online purchases only) start at 99 THB and are reduced to 0 THB for orders over 5,000 THB. Orders must have a total weight of no more than 25 kg, with each item measuring no more than 1.5 meters in length, or a combined volume not exceeding 76 litres.
Delivery Time:
Delivery within the Bangkok Metropolitan Area and surrounding provinces typically takes 3-5 business days, while delivery to other provinces typically takes 7-14 business days.
Please note that delivery of your order may take slightly longer during periods of high demand for delivery services.

- IKEA Bangna, IKEA Bang Yai and IKEA Sukhumvit: Pick up in stores between 10:00 and 20:00. The order will be ready for collection within the next day after your purchase. Please wait for the 'ORDER COLLECTION NOTIFICATION' email to inform you that the order is ready for collection before travelling to the collection point. (Due to high demand, allow a longer order preparation lead time.) After getting your order ready for pick-up notification through email, confirm pick-up. Please pick up your order within 1-3 days.
- IKEA Phuket: Pick-up at IKEA Phuket is available every day between 10:00 and 21:00. After getting your order ready for pick-up notification through SMS. Please pick up your order within 1-3 days.
- IKEA Chiang Mai: Pick-up at IKEA Phuket is available every day between 11:00 and 19:00. After getting your order ready for pick-up notification through SMS. Please pick up your order within 1-3 days.
