Removal service

• The product should be accessible as close to the front door as possible.
• The product must be disassembled when the transport arrives. We do not perform disassembly on-site, and the transport has the right to refuse removal if the product is not disassembled.
• The product must be in good condition. To ensure hygiene and safety, the transport may refuse removal if the product is not in satisfactory condition.
• The product must be removable without risk of damage to goods, people, or property. Removal is always carried out by two people.
• You are responsible for clearing a path for the removal. See our purchase and delivery terms for details on indoor delivery.

• The mattress topper should be rolled up and secured with tape or string.
• The bed must be disassembled.
• Smaller parts should be packed in a sealed bag.  

• The sofa must be disassembled.

We aim to recycle, reuse, or dispose of them responsibly to minimize environmental impact. This is part of our sustainability strategy at IKEA.

We only offer removal services in connection with indoor delivery of new products from selected categories.

If you're unable to reschedule your delivery/removal, it means the order is already in transit. If you can't change the delivery date yourself, our store staff or IKEA Customer Service won't be able to do it either.

Currently, IKEA offers removal services for sofas and beds. In the future, we hope to expand this range of services.
