Why can't I attach the VIDGA rail to the ceiling bracket?
This is usually due to a faulty assembly, where the fitting with the number 146957 has not been installed correctly.

The new ceiling fitting for the VIDGA curtain rail system is smaller than the previous one, which means that the rail ends up closer to the ceiling. It is therefore not possible to combine the older ceiling fittings with the new ones, all ceiling fittings need to be replaced with the new ones in order for the rail to end up at the same height.
