Why can't I attach the VIDGA rail to the ceiling bracket?
This is usually due to a faulty assembly, where the fitting with the number 146957 has not been installed correctly.
If the rail does not attach to the ceiling bracket, it may be because the fitting with number 146957 has not been fitted. You usually notice this by the small knob that needs to be turned to attach the rail to the ceiling feels too small and does not hold the rail. Double-check that the fitting is 146957 correctly mounted, this is shown in steps 3-4 of the VIDGA rail assembly instructions.
