What is HACKBOL?
When you order a custom-made worktop in laminate or thick veneer from IKEA, we can make various cut-outs or adjustments to your worktop to make it perfect in your kitchen. These cut‑outs or adjustments are referred to as HACKBOL in your order.
- HACKBOL bered - covers almost all types of cuts in the worktop, such as cut‑outs for the hob and sink, cut corners and joints.
- HACKBOL beredning förstärkt skarv - If your worktop has a stright-or cornerjoint.
- HACKBOL hål - drilling of holes under 55 mm, usually for a kitchen mixer tap.
- HACKBOL tlgsyt - the underside of the worktop has the same appearance as the top. Used, for example, for bar overhangs.
- HACKBOL ulim diskb - preparation for a sink that will be under‑mounted on site in the kitchen.
