Do IKEA smart lights work with Apple Home, Google Home och Amazon Alexa?
All IKEA Home Smart products can be controlled via third-party apps and can be used in both personal and automated routines.
Our smart lights work with Apple Home, Google Home och Amazon Alexa as long as they are connected via the IKEA Home Smart app and the DIRIGERA hub.
Once you've linked the IKEA Home smart app to the third-party app, the lights will appear as devices and you can use them in both automatic and manual routines. That means you can for example have Google turn on lights when you get home, turn them off when you say "good night," or have them gradually increase the brightness in the morning.
The only thing that can sometimes cause problems is if the lights don't show up in third-party app right after you add them to the IKEA Home smart app.
Try resyncing your devices or disconnecting and reconnecting the DIRIGERA hub to the third-party app.
