Our stores offer several convenient options to make transportation easier, including home delivery straight to your door. However, loading items onto your car or trailer is not part of our services.
We offer a wide range of delivery options, from home delivery of heavy furniture to postal packages for smaller orders, as well as assembly services!
Can I get help loading my goods into my car or trailer at the store?
We do not offer a service where we help you load your goods when you have shopped with us in the store.

To use this service, add your desired products to the shopping cart and select the "Click & collect" option at checkout. Choose your preferred pickup location and time slot. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with pickup information, and when your order is ready, you will receive a notification to pick it up. In case of any problems during collection, please follow the instructions in the order confirmation, and if that does not help, you can contact IKEA Customer Service.
