How do I get in touch with IKEA in another country?
To contact IKEA in another country, you can go to IKEA.com and select the country you want to get in touch with. In one corner there is a globe that shows the available language options for the website, or you can translate the page using Google Translate or similar. You can always find the Customer Service pages by going to the menu at the bottom of the homepage.
- Go to IKEA.com, where you can select or search for your desired country. Tap "Go shopping" to get to the desired country's website.
- On the website, you can use the globe icon in the top corner. Tap it to choose from potentially available languages.
- At the bottom of the country’s homepage, under the service section, you can select the customer service option you need.
