How can I get information about a discontinued product?
For information about products that are no longer available in our range, you are very welcome to contact us. Please speak to a sales co‑worker at your nearest IKEA store or get in touch with IKEA Customer Service - we’ll be happy to help.
There are many beautiful older IKEA products, and sometimes questions arise that can no longer be answered on IKEA.com/en once a product has been discontinued. If you are in store, you are very welcome to ask a sales co‑worker directly, or please contact our Customer Service.
