ll your saved kitchen designs are linked to your email address. If you’ve had a planning appointment with an IKEA kitchen specialist, your design will be saved in the “Your saved designs” section.
To access your kitchen designs, you’ll need to sign in to your IKEA account and open the planning tool for METOD.
Once you’ve opened the tool, you’ll see an overview of all your saved kitchen drawings.
If you have multiple IKEA accounts, make sure to use the email address you used or provided when the original design was created.
Where can I find my saved METOD kitchen designs?
To view the kitchen designs you’ve created, or those created during a kitchen planning appointment, you’ll need to sign in to your IKEA account and open the METOD planning tool. Once you’re there, you’ll see an overview of all your saved designs.
What should I do if I can't find my kitchen design?
- If you can’t find your design, make sure you’re signed in with the correct account. If the design was saved to someone else’s account, ask them to share it with you. All designs can be shared by selecting the design in the planning tool and clicking the share button, which is located next to the print button.
- If you forgot to save your design when you created it, the planner may prompt you to restore an unsaved design when you open it again. Choose to restore the design to continue working on it. If this message doesn’t appear, the design has unfortunately been lost. We recommend recreating your kitchen layout and ensuring that you save it to your IKEA account once you’re finished.
- If you’ve already ordered your IKEA kitchen, the final design may not have been saved to your personal account. In this case, you can download your final kitchen design using the direct link provided in the order confirmation email you received after placing your order.
