Can I smoke outside of IKEA entrances?
On 1 July 2019, a new law was introduced in Sweden which meant that IKEA is now smoke-free at entrances and exits to all IKEA stores in Sweden.
Since 1 July 2019, a new law has been in force in Sweden that means that it must be smoke-free at entrances and exits. To make it as pleasant as possible for all our customers and employees, we have therefore moved our ashtrays further away from the entrances to all IKEA stores in Sweden.
