I have a crack in my cooktop, is this covered by the warranty?
Damage to glass usually occurs during use and is therefore not considered a product defect. Cracks or damage to the cooktop are therefore not covered by the warranty.
Oftentimes, it is possible to get help with damages like these through your home insurance, so we recommend that you contact your insurance company as it is not covered by warranty.
