With which currencies can I pay with at IKEA in Sweden?
In many of our Swedish IKEA stores, you can pay with SEK (Swedish Kronor) and with Euro (not 500 Euro banknotes)*. Keep in mind that many of our checkouts at department stores are cash-free. Talk to the cashier if you have any questions, or to see if it is possible to pay with Euro in your store.
*We update our exchange rates once a month according to Reuters exchange rates. When trading with Euro, an administration fee of 3% is charged.
