We have lots of different delivery options, from home delivery for heavy furniture to parcel deliveries for smaller orders. If you need your order really fast, we also offer express delivery. Choose the delivery method that suits you and your wallet.

How does a home delivery work and what do I need to think about?
Before your scheduled home delivery, you need to ensure that the delivery can happen physically. For example, it should be possible to carry the items up your stairs or to your apartment door. When the delivery arrives, be prepared to show identification. Keep in mind that if someone else is going to receive the delivery, they must show both their own and your identification. While it’s not possible to provide a more specific time interval for your home delivery, the carrier will contact you before the delivery. Make sure to have your phone nearby!

What is included in the delivery price?
The delivery price includes picking and packing your order, and delivering it to a pick-up point or to your home. When booking an indoor home delivery, it also includes that we carry your goods to a designated place in your home. Please note that the total weight of your order also affects the price.

Can someone else receive my delivery?
If you are unable to be at home during the delivery window, it's fine to let someone else receive it on your behalf. Just keep in mind that the person receiving the delivery must show both your and their own identification at the time of delivery.

What is the delivery time when I shop at IKEA?
