Can I connect IKEA Home smart products to other smart systems?
Yes, with the help of Matter, you can connect our Home smart products to your existing system. Whether this comes from another provider!
There is a QR code in the packaging for all new products, when scanned, it leads to the online onboarding process. Or you can use the Matter code, which is located on the product and on the first page of the Advice & Care Instructions included in the package.
In addition, all new Matter sensors and remotes can be connected to a smart system by pressing the system button once. The products will then enter pairing mode for 15 minutes to enable connection to a smart system.
