MITTZON sit/stand desk has stopped working, what do I do?
If your MITTZON height-adjustable desk has suddenly stopped working, follow these steps to restore its function:
Make sure the table is not overloaded. The maximum load is 80 kg (176 lbs). Ensure nothing is obstructing the table. Check that the power cord can move freely when the desk is in its highest position and that it is not taut.
To restore the undercarriage, follow these steps:
1. Insert a pin into the hole at the bottom of the handset to enter reset mode (the orange light will turn on). If you don't have a pin, you can use a needle or a similar household object.
2. Press and hold the down button until the table lowers to its lowest height, then automatically raise it 4mm to complete the reset.
3. Once the reset is complete, the orange light will turn off.
