I am missing the middle beam for my bed, what do I do?
Many of our bed frames require the SKORVA centre beam to stabilise the bed frame and keep the mattresses in place. Since SKORVA fits several of our beds, it is sold separately, so you can reuse it if you choose to upgrade your bed.
Under "Product information" on the product page of your bed , you can see if the middle beam is included in the price of your bed. If you still miss the middle beam, we ask you to check through your receipt or order confirmation to make sure that the middle beam SKORVA is there. If SKORVA is included on your receipt, you need to contact us, either via customer service in the store or online. We are sorry that it has gone wrong.
If SKORVA is not on your receipt, you can easily buy it in the store or order online. Go to the product page for SKORVA center beam.
