The right bedding can be crucial for a good night's sleep. With a nice, clean duvet, you can improve the quality of your sleep and wake up feeling better in the morning.

Think about this.
- When you have purchased a rolled duvet or pillow, keep in mind that it will take a couple of days for it to regain its proper shape and fluffiness.
- How you should wash and care for duvets and pillows depends on the material they are made of - duvets and pillows made of down or feathers should be cared for differently than fiber duvets.
What duvet and pillow do you have?
How to wash duvets and pillows with down and feathers
Down and feathers have a natural smell that disappears once you have unpacked them and aired them out for a while. You can also choose to wash this type of duvet and pillow before use.
We recommend that you air your down and feather duvet and pillow thoroughly when you wake up in the morning. This will allow all moisture to evaporate before you put the duvet back in bed.
Washing instructions: When washing a down and feather duvet or pillow, you can use a gentler program at 60 degrees to kill all mites. Wash each duvet and pillow separately and use only one-third the amount of detergent. It is important not to wash your down duvet or pillow too often as this risks wearing out the feathers.
Once you have finished washing your duvet or pillow, put it in the dryer immediately. Use a low or medium temperature program, max 80 degrees , and dry until the filling is completely dry. Using too high a temperature can damage the feathers.
We recommend that you add a dryer ball or tennis ball when you tumble dry the duvet to achieve more efficient drying and help the duvet regain its fluffiness and shape.
How to wash fiber duvets and fiber pillows
Fiber and synthetic duvets or pillows are easy to care for and can be machine washed frequently , making them a good choice for people with allergies.
We recommend that you air out the fiber duvet and pillow when you wake up in the morning. This will allow all moisture to evaporate before you put the bedding back in bed.
Washing instructions: When washing a fiber blanket or a fiber pillow, you can use a gentler program of maximum 60 degrees.
After washing the fiber blanket, follow the care instructions for the blanket on how to dry it: air dry or in a dryer at a maximum of 80 degrees. Fiber blankets dry relatively quickly.
