This reversible mattress is made of 6 cm thick foam and is just as soft and smooth on both sides. Simple, yet still safe and secure for your baby – and with a cover that you can machine wash.

Child-safe zipper prevents children from opening the cover.

  • We recommend IKEA fitted sheets for cots. They are dimensioned for our mattresses, which means the mattress retains its secure shape and size.

    Suitable for cots with inner dimensions 60x120 cm.

    Wash the cover inside out with the zipper closed.

  • For safety reasons, it is important that there are no gaps between the mattress and the edges of the cot.The zipper is child-safe since we took away the tab on the zip. To open and close, insert a paper clip through the loop. Make sure you always remove the paper clip afterwards.Complies with EN 16890:2017+A1:2021, a requirement specified by the European Committee for Standardisation, Comité Européen de Normalisation (CEN).

Material

What is foam?

Foam is excellent as upholstery in seating and mattresses since it provides good comfort and can relieve pressure by moulding to the body. Depending on the properties and feel you’re looking for, there are several qualities to choose from, like high-resilience foam and memory foam. The raw material for foam was previously based entirely on virgin fossil materials. But today, together with our suppliers, we’ve begun developing a material that is renewable and recycled.

Reversible and washable

This 6 cm thick mattress is made of foam and has the same comfortable, smooth surface on both sides. You can easily turn it over if you like. The cover can also be removed and machine washed at 60°C.
