White Friday voucher offer terms and conditions

  1. The offer is valid from 31st October to 6th December 2025.
  2. This offer is available at all IKEA Saudi stores, Planning Studios, the website, and the app.
  3. The voucher becomes valid 24 hours after issuance and cannot be used on the same day.
  4. The voucher redemption period is until 13th December 2025.
  5. A voucher worth SAR 75 is issued for every SAR 500 spent.
  6. The offer covers all in-store items, excluding IKEA food, outlet products, B2B purchases, As-is products, IKEA Family offers, and service fees.
  7. The maximum voucher value per customer is SAR 5025.
  8. Vouchers can only be redeemed for transactions of SAR 200 or more. Any transaction where the customer wants to use a voucher must meet this minimum value.
  9. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, gift card, coupon, or promo code.
  10. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other offer.
  11. This voucher is valid for single use only.
  12. For digital invoices, the voucher will be sent to the phone number registered on the invoice via WhatsApp.
  13. If a full or partial return or exchange occurs for a transaction where a voucher was issued or used, IKEA reserves the right to cancel or adjust the voucher value.
  14. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced; only the original voucher can be redeemed.
  15. IKEA Saudi Arabia is not responsible for any misuse of the voucher, and customers agree to compensate any claims arising from its use.
  16. IKEA reserves the right to cancel vouchers in case of suspected fraud, illegal activity, or misuse, and customers agree not to use canceled vouchers.
  17. This voucher is issued by IKEA Saudi Arabia, which reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or contract a third party to manage the campaign. Any changes are effective immediately.
  18. IKEA is not responsible for any loss caused by delay, cancellation, or changes to the offer outside its control, or due to any external supplier’s actions or negligence.
  19. By participating in this offer, customers agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
  20. IKEA Saudi Arabia reserves the right to modify these terms or end the offer at any time without prior notice.
