We are sorry if your order is late
Over the years, we face challenges and today we are facing one that we hadn’t anticipated or experienced before. We want to start by apologising about delayed orders. We must acknowledge the fact that we were unprepared for the increase in volume of online orders. We have been trying our best to fulfill orders and serve you while maintaining the health and safety of our employees. And we know that it wasn’t enough. And for that we are truly sorry.
What we can promise you now is that all late orders will be delivered by 20 April.
We will continue to learn and improve as a business. We will work together as a team to enhance our operations, and while we do so, we hope you can grant us your patience and support to get things back to normal, or even better.
