Can a lost or stolen IKEA Gift or Refund card be blocked or replaced?
If you have lost your IKEA Gift card or someone else has used it without your permission, you should contact us immediately.
IKEA physical gift cards are the property of its holder and is not associated with any type of owner identification, we therefore handle them like cash and cannot block or replace them if they get lost or stolen.
If you have purchased a digital gift card directly through IKEA, and are unable to now find it, please contact us as we may be able to assist in retrieving it. Please have your details ready to provide to the co-worker.
