Staying for longer than the car park allows?
If you need to stay longer than the Sylvia Park car park limit of 4 hours, you will need to speak to the Sylvia Park Customer Service Desk to register your vehicle.
If you’re planning on spending longer than the 4-hour car park limit at Sylvia Park, you will need to register your vehicle with the Sylvia Park Customer Service Desk. They will take down your number plate and ensure you do not receive a parking ticket.
Please note, the IKEA Customer Service team cannot help with this. Only the Sylvia Park Customer Service can assist you with this.
This excludes the 90-minute Pak’nSave car park (Carpark 7). If you’re planning to stay longer than 90 minutes, just use one of the 4-hour car parks and extend your stay by checking in with our Customer Service Desk as mentioned above.
