What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major payment cards instore, online and in the IKEA app, digital wallets and a variety of finance options too.

• All major local and international cards, and do NOT charge any surcharges, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, JCB.
• IKEA Gift card or Refund card
• Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Afterpay
• Longer repayment terms through Q Mastercard and Gem Visa credit card. Just tap your card and have repayment terms automatically set based on your spend amount.
 
Afterpay, Q Mastercard, and Gem Visa credit card finance options cannot be used at our food service areas or food mobile app in-store.
For delivery orders made in-store, we can send you a link where you can use any saved credit card, PayPal or Afterpay to complete payment - surcharge-free!
We do not accept payment by cash or cheque in our Sylvia Park store.
Online, express checkout is available for eligible Apple Pay and Google Pay customers using your address and payment details from those wallets.
Business customers should reach out to our IKEA Business team for additional options such as proforma invoices, and bank transfers.
 
Unfortunately IKEA New Zealand do not accept WINZ Payment cards at this time. We understand this may be disappointing and appreciate your understanding
